My talent as a tattooist has been influenced by pioneers in the industry such as Filip Leu, who inspired me with his flawless line work, creamy grey shading, unique ability to blend, and his high standard for black and grey work. Also, Jonathan Shaw, who inspired me with his solid black, free-form designs. In addition, SuzAnne Fauser at Creative Tattoo in Ann Arbor, MI, who I worked with side-by-side, and who opened my eyes to a heightened level of the client/artist relationship--where the clients’ happiness is the primary goal. My talents were honed during my experience tattooing at Eternal Tattoos in Livonia, Michigan, working with Adam Foreman, Dennis Halbritter, Josh Jones. The list of talent at that shop goes on and on…the roster at Eternal Tattoos is impressive…but I had to leave those disastrous Midwest Winters!

My talents and abilities as an artist are multi-faceted. My specialties include portraits, black-and-grey tattoos, bright-colored floral and animal designs, Celtic, tribal, and development of unique artwork and designs during consultations, utilization my clients’ initial ideas.

When you approach me with a tattoo idea or piece of artwork, my goal is to create a work of art…transformed on your skin, into a realization of an image that exceeds your expectations.

I have seen a lot of the aspects I enjoy in art, depicted in the tattoos I design. Graffiti is always a big influence in my art and pops up in my lettering styles.

Nate Beavers, Tony Ciavarro, and Sean Herman have helped to drive my tattoo style.
